Jeannette Oickle

Jeannette Oickle was born and raised in Ottawa, Ontario. A former french elementary school teacher, She retired in 2005 to beautiful Beaver Harbour,Nova Scotia.

She loves birds, nature, and ocean scenes. Although she tried gouache and oil paints, she chooses to work in mainly acrylic and watercolour.

Her new passion is to make old wooden chairs look new again.

Since 2005, she has taken workshops in her local community. She will continue taking painting courses to lead her to a path of continuous achievement of one's success.
