Community Art Project for New Public Garden
Mark Krause bought & generously donated land on Behie Road (Sheet Harbour) for a Community/Public Garden.
Julie Adamson-Miller & Miro Davis did a wonderful job facilitating a Community-based Art Workshop to decide on next steps for the Garden.
We agreed to start with a community structure & a wonderful wall of recycled, painted bicycles! This will provide a place to sit, create art, grace the garden & get out of the rain/sun.
Here are some pics of getting the walls put up with the help of some trusty volunteers.
Thanks to the voluteers, some shown here painting bicycles to put up as one of the walls.
